Abstract
In modern world, the importance and effect of intellectual property, especially literary and Artistic Property, is not unknown. National laws and international treaties have long histories in this respect and are still developing increasingly. Nevertheleess, this matter has had ups and diwn in Iranian legal system, awareness of which is necessary for proper analysis of present rules. The primary and doubt. They are now approaching their wstablishments and developments.
The Iranian state, however, has joined none of the international treaties in this respect, Nevertheless, bilateral agreements and sometimes the fact of the contemporaty world have mede Iran observe these rules.
