The Legal Journal of Justice, as the oldest specialized journal in the field of legal knowledge, has always sought to be a suitable reference for the views of legal thinkers and judicial practitioners in various fields of law. Emphasis on practicality, up-to-dateness, assistance to the judiciary in increasing the scientific capacity of judicial staff and judges and the use of existing scientific capacities in the legal and judicial fields, both academic and executive, are among the goals and functions that are always considered. Contributed to the Legal Journal of Justice. Therefore, in general, the goals of this publication include the following:

1. Improving the level of knowledge of experts, experts and those interested in the legal system of the country;
