Peer Review Process

A. The First Review:

To start, each articles is reviewed for compliance with the items mentioned in the "Authors’ guide". If there is a defect in the "Original Article" and "Authors' Details" files and the terms and conditions of the journal are not observed, the article will be returned to the author for correction or completion, otherwise, it will be sent to the specialized secretary. All articles can be submitted by this link:

B. Assigning Referees:

At this stage, the specialized secretary examines the form and subject of the article and if the article is in the realm of acceptable topics of the journal and is formally approved, he/she refers the article to the editor to get permission to enter the reviewing process and determine the referees.

C. Inviting Reviewers:

After the selection or appointment of the referees, the article will be sent anonymously to them.

D. Preliminary Review:

If the arbitrator deems himself competent to judge the article, he will announce the acceptance of the article arbitration. As soon as one of the referees accepts the article, the status of the article changes to "being reviewed". If the referee refuses to review the submitted article for any reason, he will cancel the refereeing of the article and the article will be sent to another referee.

E. Conducting Review:

After announcing the acceptance of the review, the referees begin to study and review the article carefully and finally announce their opinion within a reasonable time in the form of one of the following options: "acceptable", "unacceptable", "need a minor review" and "need a general review".

F. Editorial Board Becision:

If the article is deemed in “need of correction” by the judges, it will be returned to the author by the editor for review. At this stage, the author must take action to resolve the objections and make the changes desired by the referees within the time limit set by the editor. After reviewing, the article must be resubmitted by the author through the system so that corrections and changes can be reviewed by the reviewers and be examined. At this point, the article may eventually be approved by the referees or rejected by them. Referees may also request a reconsideration.

G. Drafting the article in the editorial board meeting:

If the author's corrections are fully approved by the referees, the article will be submitted for admission to the quarterly editorial board. If the article is approved in this meeting, the certificate of acceptance of the article will be issued by the editor.
