Nowadays, labor relations in Iran are mainly based on temporary labor contracts. Temporary labor contracts do not provide benefits to either workers or employers. Employers think that this type of contract can be useful for them and use it widely. This reduces the stability of labor relations and the productivity of resources and imposes heavy costs on both sides. Therefore, a solution is needed to get out of this unfavorable situation. This article was written in order to find a suitable solution to this problem. In this research, the information was collected in a library and documentary way and the analysis was done in a descriptive and analytical method, and it was concluded that in order to get out of this complicated situation, it is necessary to first of all, the principle of permanence of contracts should be recognized by the legislator. Vis-à-vis, the obligation of loyalty, which contains specific tasks and assignments for workers, should be recognized for the benefit of employers. The effects and results of loyalty obligation do not conflict with other laws and regulations of labor law in Iran and can complement them and help to regulate labor relations fairly.
