Inflation renders fulfillment of obligations sometimes impossible or delayed and sometimes with great distress and constriction. Solutions must be devised in such conditions for just interpretation and execution of contract and prevention of abuse of right by the obligee as abuse of right is prohibited (Principle 40 of the Constitution law and Doctrine of LA ZARAR). Means such as cancellation of contract by the obligor using option of impossibility of submission of consideration, granting just deadline to the obligee, adjustment of contract, claim of delay damages or day price in delayed monetary obligations can help balancing between the parties' rights. However, it must be taken into account that making contractual conditions just needs to be in compliance with valid legal principles. Also, a solution for a legal issue is not necessarily similar to the other one due to the special relativity of humanities in general and law in particular and the fact that justice is a relative, flexible and fragile concept. تورم قیمت‌ها بر اجرای بسیاری از تعهدات مالی در عقود معاوضی یا تعهدات مالی در عقود غیرمالی، مانند مهریه و نفقه در نکاح تأثیرگذار است. تورم قیمت‌ها گاه تعهدات را غیرممکن یا با تأخیر طولانی یا با عسر و حرج فراوان روبه‌رو می‌سازد. ارائۀ راهکارها در این شرایط برای تفسیر و اجرای عادلانۀ قرارداد و جلوگیری از سوءاستفاده از حق متعهدله ضروری است؛ چون سوءاستفاده از حق در فقه و حقوق ما منع شده است (اصل ۴0 قانون اساسی و قاعدۀ لاضرر). ابزارهایی چون فسخ عقد توسط متعهدله به استناد خیار تعذر تسلیم، اعطای مهلت عادله به مدیون، تعدیل قرارداد، دریافت خسارت تأخیر یا بهای روز در تعهدات پولی تأخیر‌یافته، به برقراری موازنۀ حقوق طرفین عقد کمک می‌کند؛ ولی باید دقت کرد برای عادلانه‌کردن قرارداد، اصول حقوقی زیر پا گذاشته نشود. همچنین راهکارمناسب هر رابطۀ حقوقی با راهکار رابطۀ دیگر فرق می‌کند؛ چون نسبی‌بودن، خاص علوم انسانی از جمله علم حقوق است و عدالت نیز مفهومی بسیار نسبی، انعطاف‌پذیر و شکننده دارد. https://www.jlj.ir/article_36458_32639db9ccbc0455d0fb654e7bbdfc05.pdf
