To obtain this feature in the verdicts, judges should observe and consider some criteria. In this regard, the judges are obliged to explain the reasons and causes of their judgment in detail when they are writing the justifiable reasons in the verdict. In some cases, human rights documents may be cited as the reason for the verdict at the discretion of the judge. So judges must observe some special formal and substantive principles. Because the hierarchy of norms in the legal system is different in the domestic legal system, and the type of document (and how to approve anyone) affects on binding of each document, the present study seeks (by using a descriptive-analytical method) to identify and explain the criteria for the validity and Impeccability of the verdicts issued by family courts in this matter (by using the opinions and experiences of judges). Finally, the author has expressed these indicators in the form of general rules of composition of the verdict and special requirements of criteria for exactitude and integrity of judges' verdicts based on International Documents in family litigation. یکی از نمودهای سیستم قضایی عادلانه و کارآمد، اتقان و استحکام آرایی است که از دادگاه‌های این سیستم در سطوح مختلف ساختار قضایی صادر می‌شود و محصّل شدن این ویژگی در آرا، در گرو رعایت معیارهایی در مقام انشای حکم از سوی قاضی صادرکننده است. در این راستا، در نگارش اسباب موجهۀ رأی، قاضی موظف به تبیین دقیق ادله و مستندات رأی خود است که این استناد ممکن است در برخی پرونده‌ها به تشخیص قاضی به اسناد بین‌المللی باشد. به‌جهت جایگاه حقوقی اسناد بین‌المللی در نظام حقوق داخلی و تفاوت موجود میان این اسناد در زمینۀ وجه الزام‌آوری آن برای دستگاه قضا، در مقام صدور رأی توسط قاضی رعایت بایسته‌هایی شکلی و ماهوی ضرورت می‌یابد که پژوهش حاضر مترصد شناسایی و تبیین شاخص‌های اتقان این آرا در دادگاه‌های خانواده با بهره‌گیری از آرای قضات و با استفاده از روش توصیفی تحلیلی است که در نهایت این شاخص‌ها را در رأی دادگاه در دو قالب اصول و قواعد عمومی انشای حکم و بایسته‌های اختصاصی ناظر به استناد به اسناد بین‌المللی از قبیل عدم ابتنای حکم صادره بر اسناد غیرالزامی، نحوۀ تفسیر اسناد و... تبیین کرده است. https://www.jlj.ir/article_253137_89d91f90e15508d65b753ad9d0d14b86.pdf
